$85,000 over two years, plus bonuses and benefits in excess of $31,000.

Description

Fellows apply to be placed with highly effective non-profit organizations. Within these organizations, they will provide direct services to communities, explore social equity issues, and perform special projects to foster social change. Each fellow participates in professional development retreats and is assigned mentors throughout their two-year fellowship. They are exposed to a network of leaders in social impact and alumni of the program.

Fellows will receive monetary compensation of $40,000 the first year (with a $2,000 start bonus), and $45,000 the second year (with a $3,000 completion bonus.) They will also receive health insurance and a monthly subway pass. Professional development and leadership training.

 

Eligibility

Applicants must be college seniors at accredited four-year institutions at the time of application and be eligible to work in the United States for the duration of the Fellowship.
