Each year the Saint Andrew's Society of New York awards five graduate-level scholarships to Scottish descendants for one year. Three awards go to US students to study in Scotland and two awards go to Scottish students to study in the US. With a goal to promote exchange between American and Scottish universities.
Scholarships are granted for tuition, maintenance, and travel in any field including law, finance, journalism, education, and arts.
Eligibility
Students must be US citizens of Scottish descent, on financial aid, and living within 250 miles of New York State.
