Tell us about your Duke experience:

Outside of schoolwork, I serve as the Co-Director of Consulting for the Duke Impact Investing Group (DIIG), play on the travel team for club tennis, and am an op-ed columnist for the Duke Chronicle; I am also an avid enthusiast of The Office, bread and hummus, classical music and musical theory, and am a fervent defender of the Oxford comma. The A.B. program provides a community I can always rely on whenever I need guidance for classes, general life advice, or downtown Durham food recommendations—as cheesy as it may sound, this constant sense of support has been really meaningful for me as I attempt to traverse these crazy four years we call college. Most importantly, however, the A.B. has given me some of my closest friends, folks who never fail to provide emotional support, snacks, and tolerance towards my need to sleep before midnight.
