My fellow scholars have encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone. They have helped me grow as a person both socially and emotionally. When we spent the summer after our freshmen year together, I learned a lot about myself and what it means to depend on and trust others. My fellow scholars taught me what it means to be vulnerable and to rely on other people.
