Why Duke?
I chose Duke because it was the cheapest option. At Duke, I've taken photos for the Chronicle, I work for the football team, and I am teaching a house course called "the History of Us" about Black culture at Duke. My scholarship is important to me because I love the community. In my free time, I like to hang out with friends and listen to music.
