Ever since a young age, I have had a deep and growing passion to alleviate the cyclic poverty plaguing India. It is my wish that I do as much as I can to give back to my community which has and always will be my family’s home. Medicine is a profession designed to help people and although I have a long way to go before curing anyone of anything, my involvement with the Healthy Hands Initiative has given me the opportunity to create a positive impact for those who need it the most throughout my college years and beyond.
