Bio: Peter is committed to building systems—both algorithmic and institutional—that steer emerging technologies toward public benefit while countering their weaponization in cyberattacks and psychological manipulation. At Duke, Peter leads the Cyber Club, where he helps students learn about national security, tech policy, and whole-of-government crisis response. Peter also conducts research in Duke’s Cyber-Physical Systems Lab, where he develops technologies that help democracies neutralize the threat of drone swarms.
