Why Duke?
The excitement I had when I was named a Karsh scholar is beyond words. It's an exciting opportunity and responsibility I cheerfully accept in my quest to leave a mark in the world. I look forward to explore my academic interests in solar electricity, clean energy and computer science at Duke while working towards an equitable and accelerated access to clean energy in underserved communities. The scholarship gives me the incentive to keep dreaming.
