Why Duke?

I am intrigued by the openness in Duke's academics, especially the GCS major in the Literature program, where I can investigate literary and visual studies as pivotal agents of understanding global cultures. More importantly, I’m driven to the school spirit in its collective environment. Through meetings with OUSF people and professors in Trinity, I feel embraced and motivated. I believe this is where I can bridge the gap between theory and practice to pursue my interdisciplinary arts career.
