Hobbies and Interests: I love art, so drawing and painting are some of my favorite pastimes! I also love to read books and watch movies.
Why Duke?
Growing up in North Carolina, Duke has always been a constant when talking about colleges and universities that I can attend. A school like Duke is everything that I was looking for: close to home, amazing academics, and an unrivaled school spirit. Having a great B.N. community was just the icing on the cake for me.
I can't wait to join some of the student organizations on campus such as the Muslim Student Association and Student Government. I also am looking forward to meeting tons of new people that come from all different walks of life and living and learning together.
